Support stem-cell research
Do you know anyone who suffers from a disease with no cure? Perhaps you know someone with Parkinson's or maybe Multiple Sclerosis? There are a whole series of auto-immune diseases out there with no cures, and we continue to discover new diseases. If you get a bacterial infection, you can take antiobiotics. Many viruses have vaccinations. Cancer has therapies of chemotherapy and radiation which can help treat the disease. For many diseases, there is no current cure! The best promise for many diseases comes from stem-cell research.
If someone in your family gets sick, you expect treatment. Wouldn't you want your family member to have a chance for a cure? Stem-cell research is not about cloning.
